Course Purchase and Payment Instructions

To ensure a smooth registration and payment process, please follow the detailed steps below when purchasing a course on OpenEdu.
1. Select Your Course
Learners can browse and select courses through either of the following:
Visit the homepage to explore featured courses.
Access the course list page to view all available courses.
For paid courses, a “Purchase Course” button will appear on the right side. Click this button to proceed to the payment page.
2. Proceed with Payment
After clicking “Purchase Course,” you will be redirected to the Payment Page. Please follow the instructions below to complete the process:
Step 1: Choose a Payment Method
Currently, OpenEdu supports payments via bank transfer, including:
Manual bank transfer via your banking app.
QR code scanning for quick and accurate transactions.
Step 2: Select Your Bank
Once the payment method is selected, the system will display a list of supported banks. Choose your bank to generate a compatible QR code or proceed with manual transfer.

Please ensure all transfer details, including the account number and transfer message, are entered correctly as instructed.
3. Apply Discount Code (if available)
If you have received a discount code from your instructor or the system, you can enter it in the designated field on the payment page.
The discount code will only be valid if the following conditions are met:
The code is still within its valid usage period.
The code applies to the course you selected.
You are eligible to use the code.
The code has remaining usage quota.
Additional Discount from KOLs:
If you accessed the course via a KOL’s referral link, a special community discount will be automatically applied to your final price.
After all discounts are applied, the system will display the final amount payable.
4. Finalize Payment
After confirming the final amount, you may proceed to pay via:
Manual bank transfer using the provided bank details.
QR code scanning for faster processing.
Upon successful payment, the system will display a “Payment Successful” message, and the course will be immediately accessible.
5. Payment Errors and Troubleshooting
The system may not recognize your payment if:
The payment was not made within the allowed time frame.
The transferred amount does not match the required fee.
The transfer message is incorrect or incomplete.
The bank details used were inaccurate.
If you have already made the payment but do not see a confirmation message, please click “Complete Payment” on the platform to allow the system to recheck your transaction.
